Can I place an order to be shipped outside Lebanon?
Due to the perishability of our product, we do not ship outside of Lebanon.
How much time does it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on your location. In Beirut, the order will be delivered within the same day. Elsewhere, the standard shipping will arrive with 2 or 3 business days.
Can I order a box with only one kind of chocolate, or select the pieces I want in the box?
While we do not offer this service online, our Chicolat Boutique is able to assist you in creating and customizing your own assortments and boxes.
How can I sell Chicolat chocolate or boxes in my store?

Does your chocolate contain dairy/nuts/gluten?
Any person with an allergy to dairy products/nuts/gluten should not consume any of our products.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, the more you shop, the more you save. For example, by placing an order of $200 and above, you get a 15% discount.
Do you send samples?
Although we cannot ship samples to you, our Boutique frequently offers samples of our chocolate to our clients.
